Promotion

  1. Promotion to the next class depends on:
    • Regular attendance
    • Overall development
    • Ability to cope with the next level of education
  2. A student failing in more than one subject will not be promoted
  3. Minimum pass marks for promotion: 40%.
  4. A pass in English is compulsory for promotion.
  5. Students absent from an examination will be considered as having failed.
  6. Parents must collect report cards on Open Day; the school is not responsible if parents fail to do so.

Curriculum

The school uses English as the medium of instruction and offers a wide range of subjects. In middle school, students study English, Hindi, Social Science, Mathematics, Science, and Computer Education, with Sanskrit as a third language. At the senior secondary level, students can choose between the science and commerce streams, depending on their interests and future plans.

The school follows the CBSE curriculum and uses a system called Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) to assess students. This system ensures that students are evaluated throughout the year, not just during exams. The school year is divided into two terms, with each term having two smaller assessments and one final exam. After each term, students receive progress reports to show how they are doing.

To encourage students to take part in extracurricular activities, the school offers various clubs, including the Environment Club, Literacy Club, Health and Fitness Club, Science Club, Music Club, and Art & Craft Club. These clubs organize activities throughout the year, helping students explore their interests and develop new skills outside the classroom. The school aims to help students grow in both academic and non-academic areas, preparing them for future challenges.

Dismissal

  1. The school reserves the right to dismiss students whose behavior disrupts the school's environment.
  2. Students who fail twice in the same class or twice in three consecutive years will not be allowed to continue.
  3. Using or attempting to use unfair means in exams, tests, or assignments will lead to dismissal.
  4. Smoking, consuming alcohol or drugs, disrespecting staff, influencing others negatively, damaging school property, or defying authority will result in expulsion. A fine will be imposed based on the extent of the damage to property.
  5. If fees are overdue for more than two months, the student's name will be removed from the school rolls.
  6. Students involved in political activities or organizing political groups at school may be expelled.
  7. Students who marry while enrolled must leave the school.
  8. Parents or guardians who disrupt the smooth functioning of the school or harm its academic environment may result in the dismissal of their child.
